Passionate about cities, he has served as the CEO of the Investment and Development Agency of Mexico City and as Mexico's Deputy Secretary of Tourism.

Director of Trend Smart Cities, a consultancy focused on 'smart city' oriented projects and author of the influential book Cities of the Future: Smart, Sustainable, and Humane. Her expertise in major global debates and trends, combined with her multidisciplinary approach to digital transformation and urban innovation, has positioned her as a reference and opinion leader.
City Focus
Urban architect, expert in Smart Cities, and in the development of intelligent territories and cities. With over three decades of experience in designing, managing, and implementing urban and territorial strategies, his work has received recognition from UN Habitat, the European Urbanism Award, and the global Smart Cities Award.
